Financially Speaking We Have Got to Do Something, Right? 

We live in a world riddled with turmoil. A weakened economy, a devalued currency, war, thoughts of more war, and our own personal financial struggles that come up from one day to the next. In a world of such volatility, our biggest question has to be: “How do I insulate myself and my family from these things?” Do we want to be sitting in that same exposed position next week, next month, next year? I doubt it. How do we flip the script? 

If you’re here reading this, owning real estate is likely your chosen vessel for financial independence or a part of your bigger picture. If you’re not willing to take on risk and leverage, I’d suggest purchasing Vanguard index funds or Bitcoin. The reason I personally believe in bitcoin is because my buddy, Luke (the Alex Hormozi of my market here in Louisville), believes in it. I read The Bitcoin Standard, mostly, but it truly boils down to my belief in him. While my judgment might be questionable on bitcoin, it most certainly is not when it comes to real estate.

While I certainly still have gaps in my knowledge even after all these years, I’m still eager to learn more. I’m at the point where if I don’t know something, I’ll know exactly who to introduce you to that will have the knowledge you seek. I’m very fortunate in all these years to have been able to learn from high functioning investors and wholesalers. 

These people have spent a lot of time and effort honing their craft, and I’ve been fortunate to be a part of their journey for financial independence, always learning. I feel like we let gaps in our knowledge keep us from achieving our greater goals. Hopefully, through these blogs, we can help fill in some of these gaps and empower you to take action.
